📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive brand growth in Madura, Bali, and Sumapa.
- Monitor field performance and provide regular reports to regional managers.
- Conduct field visits to assess promotional activities and provide training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promotional guidelines.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to manage promotional data and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales promotion and field management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing promotional strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work in diverse regions.
- Certification in Sales Promotion Management or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
