• Lead the development and execution of immersive, multi-sensory experiences that align with our brand vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, technology, and marketing.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Unity to create and refine experiential designs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Mentor and develop a team of talented designers and marketers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our designs innovative and relevant.
• Present and pitch design concepts to stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in experiential design and marketing.
• Proven track record of successful experiential campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Unity.
