PT Sinergi Cipta is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for mechanical work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment,Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues,Replace worn or damaged parts with new ones,Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently,Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work,Collaborate with the team to ensure all machinery is operational,Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery,Participate in safety training and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role,Knowledge of basic mechanical principles and tools,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods

Basic knowledge of automotive and industrial machineryProficiency in using hand tools and power toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environmentAttention to detail and accuracyTime management and organizational skillsBasic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation
