📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees to improve their performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
