📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular HR audits and implement improvements as needed.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR management.,Proven experience in managing HR functions and leading HR teams.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is an advantage.
