📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the telesales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the telesales team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a related sales role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.
