This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with our Sanur, Bali store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Collaborate with the central office to implement new initiatives and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with remote management and team coordination.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
