Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments and services to guests.
  • Consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment.
  • Uphold Marriott International's standards of professionalism and guest service.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the spa industry.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the spa industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
  • Certification in spa services, such as massage therapy or facials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) as needed.
