Paesa Pasindo Engineering is looking for a talented Tender & Cost Control Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tender processes, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. If you have a strong background in engineering and a passion for cost efficiency, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage tender processes from initiation to close, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and negotiation with suppliers.,Develop and maintain cost control systems and processes to ensure projects are delivered within budget.,Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns or underruns.,Prepare regular cost reports and presentations for senior management.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to project plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tendering and cost control.,Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering and cost control in the engineering industry.,Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
