📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock to ensure optimal levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
