📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure high standards of food and service quality.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.,Comply with all health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
