📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean the pastry kitchen and equipment.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Support the Head Pastry Chef in managing the pastry team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficiency in using various pastry equipment and tools.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
