📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job postings, interviews, and hiring processes,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws,Managing employee benefits and compensation,Facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback,Supporting the company's recruitment and retention strategies,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken),English language skills are a plus
