📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products at competitive prices.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on retail or a related industry.,Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
