As the Lead Tax Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's compliance with tax regulations and optimizing our tax strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring full compliance.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate, payroll, and sales tax returns.,Provide guidance and support to junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise management on their impact on the company.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.,Prepare and present tax-related reports to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a corporate environment.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
