🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth strategy and transformation, with a proven track record of driving scalable growth.
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using growth strategy tools and software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
