We are seeking a Marketing Executive who is creative, strategic, and has a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and a passion for the coffee industry.

This is a full-time position based in Bintaro, Banten, with a competitive salary package that includes performance-based incentives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage social media platforms to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all marketing regulations and guidelines.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the coffee industry.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
