Berkah Zahra Spareparts is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from a distance while maintaining a strong connection with your team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer concerns.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including tracking expenses and revenue.,Recruit, train, and develop the restaurant's staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the company's leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the foodservice industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
