📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective service.,Oversee the preparation and quality of food and beverages.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
