📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough risk assessments on sales transactions to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Verify the authenticity and validity of sales documents, including contracts, invoices, and other related paperwork.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements.,Maintain and update risk assessment and document verification records to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the status of risk assessments and document verifications.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on risk assessment and document verification procedures.,Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the risk assessment and document verification processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales assessment, risk management, or document verification.,Strong knowledge of sales processes, risk assessment techniques, and document verification procedures.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
