📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage the company's annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.,Oversee financial planning processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.,Lead and mentor junior financial analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.,Collaborate with senior management to identify financial opportunities and mitigate risks.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.,Manage and optimize financial resources to support business growth and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial management systems and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
