📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation.,Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.,Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable loan terms and funding options.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions and reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the real estate portfolio.,Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in the real estate sector.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
