📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead the F&B team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all food and beverage services meet health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the inventory and ordering process to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Train and develop junior staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure they are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Monitor and report on service quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the restaurant and bar are clean and well-maintained.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall operations of the hotel.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring high service standards.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hotel is a plus.
  • Certification in food and beverage service is a plus.
