📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales manager.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in the sales field.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
