📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and best practices.,Experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.,Fluency in English and local language.
