📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with company objectives.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Maintain records of training activities, including participant feedback and program evaluations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Experience with training management systems is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
