📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop store staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with corporate and regional management to ensure store performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience with Dominos is a plus.
