📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the library's collection, including books, journals, and digital resources.
• Provide reference and research assistance to students, faculty, and staff.
• Organize and facilitate educational programs, workshops, and events.
• Promote the library's resources and services to the academic community.
• Oversee the library's technology and systems, including cataloging, circulation, and digital services.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement library policies and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in librarianship.
• Ensure the library meets accessibility and inclusivity standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a library setting, preferably in an academic environment.
• Strong knowledge of library management systems such as Koha, Evergreen, or SirsiDynix.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with digital libraries and online resources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
