📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buses, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Use specialized tools and equipment such as diagnostic scanners, torque wrenches, and air compressors.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workshop.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and vehicle history.
• Assist in training new technicians and apprentices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bus Workshop Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
• Certification in automotive repair and maintenance (e.g., ASE, AAM, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as Snap-on, Bosch, or similar.
• Knowledge of bus-specific systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for vehicle maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related field is a plus.
