📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Hotel Transit, KTV, and Nightclub, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, including front desk staff, KTV operators, nightclub staff, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for the board of directors.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and maintain high-quality inventory.
• Organize and execute special events and promotions to attract and retain guests.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent in the hospitality or entertainment industry, preferably in a similar integrated venue.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with a strong background in nightlife and entertainment operations.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis.
• Knowledge of POS systems, CRM tools, and other relevant software used in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
