📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive driver training programs aligned with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized training solutions to address specific skill gaps and operational challenges.
• Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve training initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training programs into overall business objectives and strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to drivers to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of training initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the driver workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role in a logistics or transportation company.
• Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies, assessment tools, and e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Cornerstone, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate drivers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality training programs.
• Certification in instructional design, training and development, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
