📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Monitor and maintain processing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mineral processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral processing, with a focus on battery minerals.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SIMULINK, and MATLAB.
• Certification in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
