📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Hunan Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, hot pots, and other traditional recipes.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.
• Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques as required by the restaurant.
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented kitchen culture, supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils for optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and equipment, such as woks, knives, and cutting boards.
