📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew specialty coffee using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment like our Mahlkönig EK43 and La Marzocco GB3 machines.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking coffee beans and supplies.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the café’s overall success by upholding our values of quality, community, and passion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Enthusiasm for specialty coffee and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
