📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders to customers within the designated time frame using GPS and our proprietary delivery system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are delivered promptly and in perfect condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the restaurant staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Report any issues or concerns related to deliveries or vehicle maintenance to the supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve delivery efficiency and customer service.
• Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
• Valid driver's license (A or B) and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and our proprietary delivery software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver packages of varying weights and sizes.
• Familiarity with the Sleman, DI Yogyakarta area and local traffic conditions.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive customer experience.
