📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Document and maintain IT processes using Confluence and other relevant tools
• Train and refine our chatbot to enhance user experience
• Develop and execute testing methodologies to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Participate in iterative development cycles to continuously improve our IT services
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by users
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to streamline operations
• Provide support to the IT Service Desk team during peak periods

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and other IT service management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
