📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
